Julie Walin - Julie Walin

Julie holds a degree in Computer Science from Illinois Central College and a degree in Management from Sangamon State University. Julie grew up in the Midwest, where she spent much of her time hiking in the woods, playing with the family cats, working in the family's huge garden, and learning to cook from her mother.

Now happily married and the mother of three children, she still lives in the Midwest and continues to love hiking in the woods, playing with her cats, gardening, and cooking. Some of her adventures include living in Germany with her husband and children for a year and a half, and traveling to China to complete the adoption of her daughter.

Julie enjoys all types of cooking, especially inventing new recipes featuring healthful, natural ingredients and reduced carbohydrates.
